NAS Restore Failing

Hello,

I'm using Netbackup 7.1

Everytime I need to perform a restore for a NAS server, I got this problem:

The job started, mount the tape, read the image and EXITING with status 0, but the job did not count bytes and still running for days.

Someone had the same problem?

here is some job details:
